"This is a very convenient place to stay in Astoria. Located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the Riverwalk, and museums. It is very clean and the staff are fantastic! The lobby is located up a flight of stairs, but the staff will help you with your luggage (no elevator). There is no air conditioning and no tv, but there is wifi. We had a room with a private bathroom. This hotel feels like a really nice hostel. They also provide coffee in the morning and use to a kitchen. There is...
"The room was very dated and even after a claimed refurbish was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Water sprayed sideways from the faucet, TV turned on but no sound, bathroom had old fixtures and there was a hissing/buzzing electrical sound coming from the wall. Outside paint was cracking and there were spider webs on chairs and rails. Didn't stick around for the limited continental breakfast."
"The rooms were clean, as well as the shared bathrooms. Staff were super friendly- the front desk isn't always staffed (I think staffing starts around 9am and staff are away from the desk often) but there is a phone number listed. Parking was on the street but pretty easy to find 2hr spots by the hotel or no time limit a few blocks away. The coffee bar was also awesome!"
"This lovely spot on the edge of Astoria is its real magic. Imagine gazing out at the Columbia River, with its ships and barges, especially when the sun sets or when the city lights twinkle at night, all while enjoying the fresh air on the balcony for just two people. What more could you ask for? Thank you so much to all the hotel staff for making our stay so wonderful."
