Villa Sobre Las Nubes is new on the vacation rental market. This beautiful well appointed house is the perfect spot to spend your well deserved vacation. The tasteful decor of the house will immediately make you feel at home. It has all the amenities you will need to make your stay as comfortable as can be. And to top it off, the breathtaking view will make your jaw drop.

Villa Sobre Las Nubes is located in a popular and secure gated community close to the center of Atenas, known for it´s best climate of the world.

The house has a very comfortable design. The main living area is spacious and has a nice seating and TV area and an open access to the kitchen and dining area. From this room you can step outside on to the patio and outside area. There are 2 bedrooms in the house. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house ensuring privacy for the guests. Both rooms have doors that give access to the garden and pool area. Both rooms have kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms.
We also have a casita that can be used as a 3rd bedroom. The casita also has a kingsize bed and a bathroom.

The lovely little town of Atenas is only a short drive away and has a wide range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The Thursday afternoon farmers market is very popular. You can´t get any of the local products fresher than there.
Because of it´s central location you can discover everything this beautiful country has to offer. The airport is only 40 minutes away, the beaches an hour and it´s centrally located to the main attractions.

Our experienced property management team is ready to make your stay the best it can be. After booking they will reach out to you and during your stay they are always just a phone call away.
As an additional service to our house guests, they can arrange airport transfers, reliable car rentals and a variety of quality tours. They can arrange for you to have your fridge stocked with your favorite groceries upon arrival. For special occasions they can have a local chef come to the house to prepare a gourmet dinner. What to think of a relaxing massage at the property, it can all be arranged. After booking they will reach out to you to provide all the information you need.

In the house you will find a guest manual that gives you all the information that you need on the property, the town of Atenas (restaurants, shops, medical assistance) and the extra services offered to out guests.

The standard rate is based on 4 people staying at the main house..
For every extra guest above 4, there is a $20 per person per night extra guest fee. The use of the casita is included in this fee.
If you are only with 4 guests but want more privacy, you can use the casita at a $20 per day fee
For guests staying longer than 14 days, a bi-weekly cleaning is included.

Check in: Between 4 PM and 9 PM.
Check-out: Before 10 AM
