  • Our recently renovated two spacious apartments with two independent doors await to host big group of friends or families that look for a cozy, comfortable place in in a perfect location.
    Situated in the heart of the commercial center of Athens and next to Acropolis, it will provide the perfect spot either for a long stay or for a short weekend in the capital.

    The apartments are at the 2nd and the 3rd floor of the building!Both apartments as well as the building's entrance have safety doors!
    2nd floor: As you enter the apartment, there is the dining room with a dining table, and a spacious closet. There are two bedrooms on your right hand. The first has a queen double bed and the second has two single beds and a truckle bed. After the two bedrooms is the living room with a large triple sofa bed that can easily sleep two people and provides access to the sunny and quiet balcony.
    At the other side of the dining room is our completely renovated, modern and practical bathroom and at the left is a fully equipped kitchen.
    3rd floor: As you enter the apartment, there is a large living room with a dining table, a closet and a large triple sofa bed that can easily sleep two people.The main room of the apartment is very well lit and it has a very big sunny and quiet balcony. At your right hand is the bedroom, which has a queen double bed. At the other side of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and at the left is our completely renovated, modern and practical bathroom.

    Our desire is to provide anything that would make you feel at home: all kitchen and electric appliances, linen and bathroom amenities.
    In case you are travelling with a baby company, there is even a baby cot and a buggy to help you take your newborn out for a stroll!

There were 11 of us and we all had plenty of room. The apartments are in a perfect location and we walked everywhere. We loved the two separate apartments as we had two families, so it was perfect! We each had a washer and a balcony to dry our clothes and we were able to sit out on the decks as well. The host was wonderful and answered all my questions and even set up a van to come pick us up to take us to the terminal for our cruise. We thoroughly enjoyed the place!

Awesome location

Apartments were perfectly located in old downtown Athens. Easy walk to all shops and attractions. Host was awesome to communicate with and provided awesome advice

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. Gabriel is a wonderful host - lots of communication by email and text, and quick to respond with any needs or questions. He arranged airport pickup and cruise port drop off for us - and everything ran smoothly. The apartments are spacious, clean, and in a great location to walk to many attractions and historical sites. We enjoyed our time in Athens!

Great place to stay

Everything was made easy and as described.If you want a baby bed you need to ask ahead of time.

Good stay, would recommend

First off, the pictures don't really give you an idea of the properties. This really is 2 separate (non-connected) apartments in the same building. There are 3 total apartments in the building, 1 is vacant. The 2nd floor (3rd floor American) has a good sized dining area as you walk in, with 2 bedrooms (a queen sized and a 2 twins) to your right, followed by a living area on the right with a large french doors to a balcony. The queen bedroom also has the same doors with a balcony. The ceilings are very tall, which makes the space feel larger than it is. There is also a bathroom with shower and a decent sized kitchen (by European standards). The upper apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th floor American). It is a slightly smaller 1 bedroom (queen), with less in the kitchen. But a much larger balcony that gets a lot of sun. This apartment also has a shower in the bathroom. I really like the location, it is safe and a close walk to so many things in Athens (Monistiraki Square is about 8 minutes walking, Parliament is about the same going the other way, the Parthenon is about 15 minutes walking, etc..). There are grocery stores within 5-10 minutes walks. There are Covid tests for travel at pharmacy's within 5 min walk (10-20€). Right around the corner from the apartment is a really good shop with pastries, coffees and hot chocolates in the morning. The bad part is that the coffee shop next to it (on the corner) turns in to a really loud bar on Friday and Saturday nights... If you are going to be out partying anyway, this place is perfect. There are many bars and restaurants you can walk to. Otherwise it can get very loud 11-3am. But during the week, it was not a problem. Gabriel is great as well. We had an issue due to a massive monsoon that struck. And Gabriel was very easy to get a hold of and checked in often (even after). Check-in/out was also a breeze - the door to the building has a code and the keys are kept in a lock box - you get codes to both day of. The Wifi was also sufficient for both my kids to do their remote school through Zoom and Google Meet during our stay. This set up worked perfect for us, as we brought my in-laws with us. So if you have adult kids, or two couples, this works really well. It's not the Ritz, but more like the Holiday Inn. If I were to return with the guys (or just without the kids), I would stay here in a heartbeat. The price is great, the accomodations work, and the location is central.
