Room was very clean and staff really courteous. Location is ideal if you are planning to catch a boat for the islands, especially if it is leaving early the next morning. The M3 metro line runs from the airport to the hotel (last stop): from there, a 400 meter walk.

I stayed there for one night after a cruise. The staff was very friendly and got us into our room fast. I wish they had ratings for very good as this place was. Main reason for a lower rating is location. Close to the docks but not much else in the area.

Traveled as a single mom with my 11 year old daughter. I seriously found everything about this hotel exceptional. The bathroom was on the smaller side for a plus size person but not enough for me to complain about Iā€™m only sharing as a reference for folks such as myself on the heavier side. Staff was excellent and always available to help. The surrounding area had everything we needed in walking distance. We arrived late at night and left before sun rise, always felt very safe.
