Good clean spot. Only problem was the check in. Should have received instructions at least 24 hours prior on how to check in since there is no reception. Never got it. Tried to message them with no answer until I got there when I had to call. Other than that, all was good and the location is a great spot near everything. I would recommend!

Location is excellent ,50 meters from Ermou street. Equivalent to a 5 star hotel without the hotel facilities. Directives as how to check-in were very clear and got a prompt reply from their customer service for some technical issue with the hairdryer that was immediately solved. Top value for money! Highly recommended for those who want a 5 star room without having to pay the price of a 5 star hotel.

Great location!!!! Which was the desired result. Newly renovated so room was modern and sleek. Bathroom was excellent. 1 very small hiccup, states you get check in information 48 hours prior and didn't actually receive it till a few hours before. Made it a little stressful when you land from a long flight and are a planner. Very nice lady (staff) accepted my luggage prior to check in time, which allowed early start to enjoying the city. Upon true check in, staff had put luggage in room 🤗 Keypad for entry to building and room feels very secure. Great not having to keep up with a real key card. Overall, very pleased!!!
