A fantastically located hotel just on a side street from Plaka and the Cathedral. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. The staff were attentive and couldn't do enough to help. When I come back to Athens I would not hesitate to stay here again. What a fantastic place.

I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens, whether it’s your first time or you’ve been before. The customer service was amazing, and the place itself was super clean and really spacious. It’s great for families with kids or even just couples looking for a nice spot to stay. The location is awesome, really safe, and just a short walk to a bunch of cafés, restaurants, and shops. Plus, the Acropolis is only about a 15-minute walk away, which is super convenient. Overall, loved it and would definitely stay here again! Excellent excellent communication

Customer service was amazing. They held our bags for us until check in and gave great advise on things to do and where to go. Service and communication was above and beyond. Hotel was located in a great convenient location. It was clean, comfortable and had all the things you need like blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizing creams. We were really happy with the accommodations.

The property was nice, clean and modern. The manager Dimitri was exceptional, quick to respond, very helpful setting up taxi transfers and providing extra pillows. My issue was the particular room we got had no natural light, with 1 window looking into a very dismal looking air shaft. The room also did not have the small sitting area that I saw in some of the photos.

We just spent 3 days at Athens City Suites and honestly, it was perfect. It was me, my husband and our 7-year-old daughter, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable. The room was spotless, really well looked after, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, we could walk to so many of Athens’ main sights without any hassle. I have to give a huge shout-out to Dimitris, the manager. He was amazing, super friendly, and full of great tips on what to see. He even helped organise our airport pick-up and drop-off. It made our whole trip feel so easy and stress-free. If we ever come back to Athens, this is where we’ll be staying, no question.

We had a great time at this location, everything was great, the staff super friendly and accommodating, the main attractions were a few minutes walk away, nothing further than 15-20 minutes The only thing I would adjust is by putting a little divider to keep the water from the shower to run to the bathroom floor, but this was my room I’m not sure if the rest of the rooms were designed the same way

This was a great hotel to stay at as a solo traveler. Everything was perfectly organized and check-in was smooth despite there being no on-site staff or lobby (security codes are delivered online). The room was very clean, and the location was very convenient to get to all the major tourist spots in Athens. I would definitely stay here again on my next return to Athens!
