This great family-owned property is in the centre of all attractions, including shops and restaurants. It is within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, and everywhere we wanted to go. The rooftop offers a clear view of the surrounding area, including the Acropolis Hill. The people, from office staff to the owners, are wonderful, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend this hotel. They also did a great job of soundproofing the rooms.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The location is in the heart of the area, a short walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Parthenon. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed, and even arranged taxi transfers from the airport and port. My daughter was sick on the trip and the management offered to go out and get medication for her. Top notch service and amenities!

This is a fabulous boutique hotel with the best staff we have had anywhere. The location could not be better. Its close to many restaurants and shops. The room is very large and is actually a suite with 3 seperate areas. The balcony is a major draw and comfortably fits 2 people with a great view and super for people watching. If there was not 1 drawback I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to everyone. The drawback is that you cannot flush toilet paper down the commode and you have to put it in a flimsy plastic bag. This may not sound like a big drawback but believe me when you are experiencing the activity it gets overwhelming. It is not hygienic and is honestly disgusting. This problem needs dealt with and then it would be a 5 star hotel but until it does then it is a definite deterrent to rebooking.

The location was superb, with Hadrian’s Library and the Roman Forum being a few steps away, at the end of the street. There were amazing views (especially at night) of the Acropolis from the rooftop terrace. Konstantinos and Yannis were great hosts, very solicitous, checking in every day. The property is highly recommended, you can’t go wrong to use it for exploring all of of Central Athens as most sites can be reached on foot. There is also a great diversity of restaurants, food shopping and lively activities.

Konstantinos was wonderful! He was extremely welcoming and made sure to check in daily to ensure we had everything we needed. He arranged our transportation from the airport/port and gave us recommendations for local eats/activities. The apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay, we loved the balcony and roof top terrace to see the city. The location was in the heart of the city center and in walking distance to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to everyone!

This is an amazing place to stay. Good location, great staff, fabulous room and the owner is just great. We arrived early in the day and he found a way to accommodate a very early check in. Great personalized service. I would highly recommend this place.

Since we arrived the owner and his nephew were helpful, attentive and friendly. They even help us with our luggage through the street of Athens since the main street was under construction. The room was very neat and clean. They gave us great recommendations for food and drinks. The hotel is in a nice and central area in front of a plaza with many shops and taverns and also near by all the sightseeing areas. Its close enough of the main night scene so you can walk to the area, but its far enough where you can get a good night sleep. I will highly recommend this place.
