I think the rooms can be improved - for example nothing blocking the water coming out of the shower. Location is convenient, felt safe and staff was super helpful and friendly. However some investment in the rooms would make a difference.

Great hotel. The only shock for me was that the toilet seat was situated almost under the rainfall shower. I feel they should photograph the showers so that guests are not alarmed on arrival. Otherwise the place is very nice and I would certainly come back. The team working the front desk is phenomenal. They were super professional and gave us excellent recommendations during our stay. The hotel is close to public transportation, a great sea food restaurant, as well as the ferries to neighboring islands. Overall good value for money and great service.

Location is very convenient for transit etc Facilities weren’t great. Broken ‘nightstand’, barely hanging on glass counter under the mirror in the bathroom, and flickering light in the bathroom. Definitely room for improvement

Arrived late at night from the ferry. Reservation desk not staffed 24 hrs, but we had received an email with this information and were able to follow their instructions for self check-in fairly easily. Room was small, but clean with excellent beds and good shower. Small elevator available but requires you to go up 5-6 steps first. Allowed us to have late check out (1 hour) and arranged transportation to the airport for us.

The initial room I was given left a lot to be desired. Small. Neighboring apartment building too close for comfort. Weird bathroom arrangement. Small bath room. Lambros was kind enough to accommodate me in another room on the 1st floor facing the avenue. People with walking/spine problems must avoid this hotel. In order to get to the elevators one must climb up some 8-10 steps. I like the neighborhood. A couple of nice coffee shops and a nice selection of restaurants.

The rooms were small, but they were clean and airconditioned and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was also small but clean. The rooms delivered what they promised: a good place to sleep. The only issue I can think of was the sound proofing of the doors; if other guests made noise in the hallway, you could hear it all to your room. Luckily the other guests were politely silent in the hallways most of the time. The hotel had a tram and a bus stop in very close proximity, so traveling around Athens from the hotel was easy. There were couple of nice inexpensive restaurants right next door to the hotel, so finding a dinner place should not cause any trouble. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and friendly, a big thank you to them for making our vacation succesful.
