It was a wonderful flat. The general location is great, but the specific area is not so nice. The breakfast at the hotel is simply fantastic. The staff are just super. The wifi did stop working, but the staff were quick to fix it. The floor was slightly dirty but tolerable.

Great Location for the flat near Omonia. Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed and shower. Great ac. Happy about the coffee machine. Good to know one has access to the main hotel. Very responsive to questions. However if you don’t have the App it is confusing. Appreciate the extra info on the site about neighbourhoods.

Check-in was a bit difficult as it occurred at a different location and we had a hard time locating and accessing the actual property. Once we were able to locate and access the apartment we found it to be recently renovated, clean, comfortable, and perfect accommodations for our family of 4 adults. The apartment was within walking distance to both bus and subway, and access to taxis was quick and easy using the FreeNow App

I truly appreciated the kindness of the staff who were always contactable by WhatsApp and ready to go an extra mile regarding the small requests that I had. As a point of improvement, I would suggest getting in touch with the co-owners in the building in order to fix the lift. The handle of the lift on the right on the ground floor is broken so that it is almost impossible to enter the lift.

The flat was really well put together and felt elegant and comfy but the floors were filthy, all my socks were stained black by the end of the trip (they do provide slippers but not an excuse), and there was no extra duvet/pillows for the sofa bed which is listed as a bed by default in the description. It needs to be made clear that this isnt included. The owners were responsive on whatsapp and helpful for the most part but it took two asks for us to receive the extra duvet so two nights of one of us having to sleep under a coat. The walls are very thin between the other room too. We walked in the room at 5pm to the maid on facetime sitting on the sofa with nothing done yet. Had to wait for her to do it and leave before we could get ready to go out- and when she did she hadn't done everything. Two flats share a main door which is manually lockable from the inside so we got locked out by the other guests on our first night. This really needs to be sorted, the main door has a pin code anyway and its dangerous were there to be an emergency inside the flats for example. It took us about an hour to get back in and we had to get up early for a tour the next day so just very inconvenient too. The area has got some nice cafes and was close to transport/attractions. Overall, the flat itself was lovely but was tainted by how it was managed. Maybe the main omonia hotel down the road is better but I wouldn't recommend these stand alone flats if you want a stress free, seamless trip.

The staff members Imelda and Marietta always so helpfull and nice, property is close to everything , well decorated. The only problem the hot water was not working but they fixed.

Difficult to locate as the instructions were insufficient and inaccurate. The actual building number is 85 which is completely different from what was indicated in the booking. Terrible place for security too as it’s in a dark street. The building was very run down as well and the lobby was not lit. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Pay a similar rate for a much safer hotel nearby.

Det var næst til umuligt at finde lejligheden og linket på hotels.com henviser til forkert sted. Det er IKKE et hotel. Det er iKKE en hotellejlighed. Det er en lejlighed. Opgangen, skiltning, oplevelsen ved ankomst var katastrofal og under al kritik. Intet afslører at der ligger “hotel lejlighed” i bygningen. Intet service. Det tlf nr der står på kvittering passer ikke.udsigten var ikke eksisterende. Selve lejligheden var til gengæld helt i top. Meget velholdt og lækker.
