"The staff were what made the place great! Huge kudos to Grace at the front desk for being an absolute gem! And the bellman, I think his name was Brian? Amazing! The gentleman working at the bistro was also exceptionally kind. The professionalism and warmth of the staff is truly top notch. The shuttle service was incredibly helpful too. The only minor concern we had was that the rooms felt a bit dusty, but we would return. Overall, the property felt extremely safe and all staff including the maids and other reception desk employees really exceeded all expectations! The nearby waterfront walking baths were also amazing!!!"

"The rooms are due for an update and in fact renovation is soon starting. That said, the view of the bay was beautiful and the breakfast 5 star worthy. Beds very comfortable."

"I did not get a balcony room, I was put on the ground floor so I had to keep my curtains closed due to people walking by. The room was clean and comfortable, but I could easily hear my neighbors fairly late into the night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is super convenient."

"A good spot for a last minute get away. Unfortunately their hot tub was out of service and staff did not get back to me regarding an accomodation for the inconvenience."

"We enjoyed the beds, and the hot breakfast options- It was a quiet location, backing to a golf course. We had an issue with our neighbors the first night-( 2am noise and constant smoke fumes). The next morning we asked to be relocated and were quickly accommodated. Travelers need to be considerate when sharing walls, and, understand that a no smoking property is a no smoking anything property."
