Nice Hotel

Quite new hotel conveniently located at the Marina Food Market with a lot Asian restaurants and shops. Coffee and tea are available all day, with relatively good free breakfast.

Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out. Comfortable, clean, friendly, convenient, affordable

Host Alexis went above and beyond to assist us with our stay. She was awesome!

My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes.

It was a bare bones facility, which is all we needed, clean and convenient to folks we were visiting, with a great cafe across the street. Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. An extra blanket would have been nice, as opposed to having to turn up the heat, but we were plenty warm in the cool and rainy weather.

Interesting variety of rooms in different size buildings in varied landscaping centered around a creek which was dry when we were there but still very pretty.

The location near Stanford Clinics was great. The rooms were clean. Parking close to rooms. Breakfast was excellent, lots of food choices. Nice room features refrgerator

Great stay!

Good hotel

Extremely quiet and comfortable rooms. Located off fwy but couldn't hear any noise from inside the room. Very spacious and perfect for a grown family. The only thing that was needed was a real queen or king bed instead of full size beds. Rooms have ample room to accommodate those sizes.

The property was great except for an unexpected $15 parking charge

I love how close this hotel is to the airport. Great food nearby, the staff is great, and a good value

I would stay their again great service and it’s was a very relaxing atmosphere
