"This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel before an international trip. The check-in process continues to be cumbersome and almost like it's a novelty for the staff. This time when I was checked in I was given the wrong room number on my card. Carrying a cat to my room only to discover that my key would not open the door was not fun. When I went back downstairs the front desk person kind of smirked and said, "sorry". The bathroom door squeaks loudly every time it's opened which was not a pleasant experience - especially in the middle of the night. WD-40 works miracles...."

"On our last day, we had our luggage on the rolling cart waiting for the elevator. We waited for at least 3-4 minutes and when it finally opened, the maid was there with her whole cart of stuff. She didn’t get off at our floor so we had to wait again. Once it finally came back, the same maid was there again, just looking at her phone. Was she just riding the elevator and avoiding doing her job? We ended up going down the long hall to get another elevator. Not sure if I’ll get this hotel again."

"The property and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The property could use some paint inside and out. The wall paper has a lot of black and so do the doors. I stayed there 9 months ago and it was pretty much the same.The loveseat in the room had a lot of black spots on it as well"

"Despite the hotel being remodeled, the rooms are very well maintained and clean. My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear all the noise coming from the halls in addition to every time someone closed their hotel door is slams very loud. It woke me up early single morning."
