Andrews Cottage is a beautiful soundfront house in Atlantic Beach with 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and views of the water. Perfect for fishing, boating, swimming, and crabbing. As an added bonus, it's just a 10 minute walk to the beach!

Total bedding includes 1 king, 3 queens, and 3 twins.

Additional amenities include a private dock, screened in porch, garage space, expansive backyard, 3 Smart TVs with various streaming services, and more!

Please Note: Boat Lift located at the property is NOT For Guest Use.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
