The staff is very professional and they remembered not just simply our names but also our preferences pertaining each and every aspect of our stay to the point they constantly anticipated our requests (from how we liked our breakfast and food to spa treatments or use of facilities, and even asking about some of our daily routines). All this while the hotel was fully booked and full of people. The other aspect is that despite it being fully booked, it didn't feel busy at all due to the vast spaces available for guests to stay and relax to the wise and wide timing schedules they adopt."
