"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "First of I must say the entire staff at the hotel were like family and especially the employees in housekeeping front desk. I just told them don’t stress out and let those caterpillars talk to you. They would know what I’m talking about and the servers love them all they always say he comes the American Mr. Netter I don’t have anything else that I can say that would be negative. Everyone was very polite and definitely on point and professional spy area is very unique so I think you all enjoy the place. It was my first time traveling to the European area and I’m definitely coming back maybe at the end of October so it’s pretty cool place."
