"Not really accessible via train to downtown without 1 mile walk or bus ride ( which we didn't try so can't advise) to train station. We ended up taking train to airport, then paying $6 shuttle to hotel. Takes an hour both ways in this manner. UBER cost $65.00 to $100 from downtown each way, so not great as your hub for sightseeing unless you have a car or are okay with these times and costs. Ate in hotel restaurant, which was solid. Nothing special. Nice to be able to eat back at hotel since nothing else is close. Bed nice. Shower nice. Place clean. Fine for the last day before you fly out or if you just need a layover place but not designed for sightseeing hub."

"We were able to use public transit to get into Munich easily. Getting to the airport with a lot of luggage- we took a cab. It was a good breakfast with great staff. Our room was good."
