"5/5 - Very nice and modern hotel in the university zone. A few meters away from the Atomic Egg, and research facilities and some high tech industry. Staff are well trained, is outside any downtown type crime, very safe. Hotel restaurant offers an excellent breakfast buffet. And decent quality lunch and dinner menus. The area is quite quiet (in August, anyways) and some forested areas nearby. Probably safe for a jog, and I believe the hotel has a fleet of bicycles available. Only a hundred meters or less from the local U6 station. Very easy to get to the old city and other districts of Munich. Only negative is that there are no nearby groceries - and I think the two bigger groceries a bit further away are closed on Sunday. The hotel charges too much for the bottled water and sodas, no reason for that."

"The hotel is fine for 1 night before morning flight. however, keep in mind you will need to take an uber or taxi to airport, as public transportation will take ~40 mins to an hour to get to airport. So this is not a traditional airport hotel that offers shuttle service to airport."
