"Excellent location, not too far from the main downtown area of Marienplatz. Bus stop is few minutes away from the hotel and will take you directly to main downtown shopping areas in 25 minutes. Bus pass may be purchased at hotel reception. Room with king size bed is spacious, bathroom has heated floor. Complimentary Minibar was fully stocked daily with beer, soda, juice and sparkling and still water. Housekeeping is automatically performed daily."

"My wife and I stayed in the Residence Inn (family studio) for three nights in November 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is ideally located, with a tram stop a couple of minutes away (#21), that takes you right into the center in about fifteen minutes. The hotel is close to the center but far enough away to be quiet. I was happy with the underground parking (€20/day) - no need to reserve as there are plenty of spaces. The room itself was spacious, very clean, with a very comfortable bed, and it had everything we needed. The furnishings seemed a bit dated for a Marriott, but we were happy with everything. The free breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. All the hotel personnel we met were very helpful and friendly. All in all, it is a great place to stay when visiting Munich."
