"Check in was pretty smooth. We arrived early and the room was not yet ready, but it was ready earlier than the 3 pm time. The room was clean and well organized. We got the loft suite and the sofa bed was made up for our kids right away. The room was pretty tight for space unfortunately, but it may be expected given the central location of the hotel. The AC was a bit weak and the room was often on the warm side until it was dark outside. We appreciated the two bathrooms a lot. The pool looked quite nice but we didn’t have the time to try it. Overall a pleasant stay. 😊"

"Location is outstanding for access to all central Munich sites and is within 100m of a train stop with direct line to airport. We had to catch an early morning departure flight so this was helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Excellent staff who provided helpful guidance related to local dining and travel to airport."

"Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned everyday and the amenities were generous. Location was perfect, across the road from the train station and plenty of shopping areas. Can be quite noisy but the rooms were soundproofed and air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was plenty and varied. The restaurant downstairs was very nice, the meals were delicious. Even enjoyed room service. Staff polite and all spoke English quite well."
