"Although my son and I booked a twin room we found when we arrived there was only doubles. After 30 minutes frantically trying to sort out a twin the reception staff managed to get us one. I think they moved two twin beds from single rooms into a double room and took the double bed out. The staff were lovely and the hotel is very nice although a bit expensive. We visited when 200,000 Scotland Supporters were in Munich so the Hotel was extremely busy."

"Located in a great area for shopping, walkable distance to Munich landmarks and plenty of public transport options. The door people and room service staff were lovely. For such an expensive hotel I found the service at reception very underwhelming. The lighting in the room, especially bathroom for doing makeup etc was terrible. The shower was also horrible."

"Great location - right across the street from Munich Hbf and shopping. Nice big rooms, great staff, room was fairly quiet despite being in a very busy area. Only downside is our rate didn’t include breakfast - something that every hotel we are staying at in Norway does which is fantastic…"
