"Very nice hotel overall. A little disappointing that the “view” out of the windows was an inner rooftop area of blank walls. Also, small things such as a cheap coffee maker in the room and no shower lotion soap, just bar soap. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the lobby is very nice. "

"I like the location near to the main station. The art works are amazing provided everywhere in the hotel. I definitely want to stay this hotel again next visiting to Munch. "

"They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit. "
