Clean rooms and bathroom. Our train didn't leave until the evening and there were lockers downstairs for us to store our bags while we explored more of Munich. Very easy and convenient stay. Keep in mind that there is no front desk to check in but a kiosk which was super simple. City center and train station is just 10 minute walk away.

Hotel very close to the city center and well-served by public transport. There is no on-site staff, but the hotel across the street provides assistance for any needs. Despite the trams running late into the night, the rooms are still quite quiet. Very clean property. The presence of a laundry area and luggage lockers is very useful.

Good hotel. There is no staff, it is completely automated from check in to check out. Ask for courtyard view room to avoid street traffic noise. Rooms are good. Across the street there is another King’s hotel where there is staff. If needed their staff can help.

Having the ability to do laundry & leave our bags made this stay for us!! There was one 6” x 6” square on a wall under the desk that was a metal grid—looked like it was in the midst of being repaired. As a family traveling with an adult child—the room lay-out worked well for us.

Hotel is well located to the train station and not a long walk into town . The hotel is a self check in ,which went well . There is a sister hotel across the street with staff that can help if there's a problem. The room was good ,there was the rumble of the trams outside but not enough to stop me from sleeping . There is a self storage for luggage in the basement (which we used ) . I had trouble opening the locker ,turn the knob opposite to what you think. Good hotel ,good location

Really nice and cosy accommodations for a weeks stay in Munich, location is 10/10, staff are great, easy self check in and check out. Bathroom was fantastic, big shower and mirror. My only complaint was that I thought the kitchen package came with salt and oil but we had neither, regardless though the use of the kitchenette for 20Euro per day was good. The laundry facilities in the basement were appreciated also, clean and cheap.
