"Really lovely old building. Super helpful reception staff. Terrific basement breakfast options (not cooked food but lovely fruits, cereals, cold meats, cheeses etc), about 50 metres away from an underground metro rail station, cafes and bars all round the area. Only a few stops away on the train from the main Munich rail station and centre of town and possibly a 10 min walk to the English Garden which is absolutely sensational (and vast!)"

"I've got to this hotel on a hot summer afternoon to find out that my room faced the sunny side and was hot as hell, no air conditioning, and in addition I couldnt open the winfow because of a construction right across tbe hotel with noise and dust. The hotel staff was not cooperating. I asked to cancel my room, because I didnt stay there, but they charged my credit card. I moved to another hotel anyway."

"Nice hotel, 15 mins walk to Marienplatz. Close to good restaurants, rental car agency, sixt and grocery store. Was welcomed by very nice receptionist at evening (believe her name was Kristine). Gave us all the information needed. Would highly recommend to talk to her, and not the day time staff members who were disappointing."
