We stayed at the Rocco Forte line before and found it lovely, however the service and overall experience at the Charles Hotel truly defined luxury service. Best example: we wanted to take the subway to BMW World and it being a hard to find station, the concierge not only walked us to the station but down to the platform and ensured we got the correct train. This was an excellent stay in Munich. I traveled with family and it was very comfortable, safe, and well located. It made traveling around super easy and convenient! However, I just wish it included amenities like breakfast, laundry on site, and locker storage. Also, one of the remotes was broken and I couldn’t watch TV. They didn’t send a replacement either, the chat on WhatsApp is AI powered so beware!

We stayed at this property for our first time in Munich. It was a great experience! The staff we pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. They even assist with calling taxis. If we ever come to Munich again we would definitely choose TimeHouse!

You can never lose with the Oriental hotel chains. They're always exquisite! The location of the hotel is fabulous, just steps away from the posh shopping street and a 5 minute walk to Marienplatz, the historical center. I wish I had known beforehand that the hotel was undergoing renovations. These will be finished in October so guests going there after this date will enjoy the beautiful foyer and new restaurant. We chose Angelo Hotel Westpark for the amenities, price and easy connectons to public transportation. We were not disappointed in any aspect. The hotel is about 300 meters from the subway Station on the same street. Almost all the trains take you straight downtown to the Marionplatz. The rooms are clean and modern. We loved staying at this property. There is a tram right outside that made travel super easy. We also enjoyed the free coffee and hot chocolate. The only complaints we have are that the bed was too hard and breakfast was expensive. We would definitely stay here again though if we ever find ourselves back in Munich.

This Holiday inn is in a quieter part of Munich yet it still has many restaurants and shops in walking distance. It is located very close to the train station. The beds were very comfortable.
