The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice. Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules. I love staying at this hotel! The staff is absolutely amazing!!! They were available for my every need. The only thing that was not perfect was that they were doing upgrades and construction on some of the rooms. This was perfectly understandable because I was there in the off season. This time gives them the opportunity to made improvements and upgrades. But, overall it is an excellent place to stay. I want to qualify what a couple other reviews said about this hotel. 1) they do now serve alcohol, so don't worry about that, and they would go into town and get anything you need for you 2) It's not entirely in the middle of no where - but if you want to do a lot of sight seeing stay in Trivandrum, this is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view. Stayed for 7 nights. The hotel has a different charm. It is a oversized house with about 30 rooms. Not a typical hotel look but a very charming place. Its about 300 steps to the beach through the back entrance. Overall very convenient hotel. Nice staff always smiling and willing to help. The AC did not seem very powerful but upon request, they quickly addressed it. Nice views of the beach. Has carromboard, chess and other table games. Excellent hotel in a very good location

Nice, clean room and hotel, very close to the Padmanaba swamy temple (0.5 km walking). Only complaint: No restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast starts only at 8:00, we left before that.

Great staff and property

All good except for the restroom which had "half" shower curtain and water kept flowing out making the floor wet.

Very helpful caretaker. Clean and family friendly property and well maintained.

1. We had to spend a few hours before going to the airport and this was a perfect spot. 2. Driving-in is a little misleading as you hit a dead end on the ocean and a narrow left takes you to wide parking lot. Perfect location. 3. The land lady and staff are very nice. Room is very functional. Ocean view terrace is very useful specially when friends visit. 4. Complementary 24 hr drop to either airport is too good. Must stay.
