"Had complications with my key working to get into room after check in, and was upgraded to a tower room with a firework view! Room was very comfortable, with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. View of fireworks was great. "

"On the outside it doesn’t look like it’s anything special but we asked for a room change and they did with no hesitation and it was great. They were very accommodating and made sure that we knew of all the activities that they were hosting. Staff was very nice! "
