We opted to stay at this place instead of staying on a resort with a water park because the place was so nice and spacious and a lot cheaper. The water parks close by were included which was nice. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and I was very impressed. Only complaint is there was not a close parking spot on front of the condo. Luckily our condo was close enough to the parking lot that it was not too much of an inconvenience. Overall we loved the place and how modern and updated and new everything was. I would stay here again!

This place was great! From the staff being so friendly to also being so helpful. It’s a very quiet & clean beautiful resort. Plenty of parking. We had access to 3 waterparks an in house pool. Family & kids loved it! Not to mention 20 mins from Disney! 100% recommend!!

The townhouse was absolutely stunning. Very clean, spacious and really well equipped. Location was very good too, only 20 minutes from Disney parks and 30 minutes from universal so it made a good base for our holiday. The facilities of the resort were also brilliant, access to 3 different water parks. Couldn't fault our stay. We loved it!

The accommodation was so nice and really clean. Really enjoyed staying here as it was so spacious and located perfectly in such a lovely resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait to revisit as it was such an enjoyable experience.

We had the pleasure in spending three days in this wonderful property (townhomes) right across the street from the waterpark. They are all brand new, well equipped and peaceful for a great rest. Definitely recommend staying in this property. The game room in the garage was a plus for the kiddos

We truly loved the Spectrum Resort. The parking was a challenge since we rented a Suburban and the parkings are small. We rented a 4 bedroom for a family of 7 and it was amazing. The only sad part of our vacation is you have to go and get wristbands for the water park and we didn't have a chance. We would totally stay here again.

From the moment you walk in you feel right at home. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. Clean and organized. The house had everything you may need. From laundry unit inside to a full kitchen. Huge bonus was the water parks that we had access to. Definitely will be back.
