The lady that helped us check in walked me to our room to ensure that I found it alright while my husband parked the car. Everyone was lovely and beyond kind. Very clean room, I didn’t want to leave. "The young man at reception was very nice and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor though and help with our luggage would have been wonderful. The place is clean and the beds comfortable. The doors wouldn’t stay open though and the washer/dryer combo is small, and takes forever! There were directions for every appliance but that. We specifically booked there for laundry and were quite disappointed. "
