"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The host’s communication was timely and efficient, we also appreciated the early check-in and the option to store our luggage after check-out.
However, we encountered an unexpected issue. The property is spread over two levels, upon arrival, we naturally explored the space. There are three doors downstairs—two locked and one leading to the laundry room, which was unlocked. Assuming the washing machine was available for guest use, we did a load of laundry...

Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"

We didn’t manage to eat at the main hotel however the meal we had at the sister restaurant was really good value. The main bar looks like it’s recently been refurbished, a great place to chill out and the bartenders were very friendly. The Victorian spa was definitely worth visiting but I’m not sure that charging hotel guests for its use is entirely justifiable. "
