"The property was good with a lot of space. A few detractors that we experience are as follows. 1. They have listed as this place has a pool. It is only a small paddling pool and this was not put up during our stay. The owner did say they had to take it down due to bad weather. A paddling pool should be listed as that. And the picture doesnt quiet reflect the actual situation. 2. Spa was not very good. Was quite dirty. 3. The kitchen faucet was leaking. It was covered with a foil paper to prevent...

"Excellent property for families that is very close to the Mission Bay shops, restaurants and beach. Really appreciated the walkway direct to Subway as it was raining on our first night. The house has a spacious lounge and separate dining area and kitchen. Bedrooms were also spacious and well presented. The kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils compared to other BnB properties. Everyone in our family enjoyed staying at this house and we will return in the future."

"We booked this house quickly for a family wedding nearby and loved our stay here. The house was clean, had everything we needed to cater for ourselves and was in a lovely setting, nice neighbour and close to lots of amenities - including a supermarket and eatery around the corner. Also very impressed with the managers who were really helpful after our previous booking fell through. Fabulous all round thanks."

"Terrible experience, have contacted owners and Bookabatch, neither helped sort out the issues. Construction noise from 7.30am, workers walking around the property in rented outdoor space, no privacy, kept curtains closed, could not get to front door becuase of scaffolding. Was never advised work was in progress. Safety and Privacy issues, not addressed by Owner or Bookabatch despite numours attempts."

"Mission Bay is a short walk away, so convenient. Property is private and has a lovely outdoor area to sit and have tea. Wish there were more towels or mats for the bathroom floor though."

"The house is located in the famous scenic spot Mission Bay, close to the sea, beautiful scenery and convenient life, a few steps are a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, making it the first choice for families. Communication with the owner is also very smooth, and the information instructions are very clear. We'll be back."
