"Stayed here one night. This is not the best hotel out there for sure but for the one night it was fine. It just seems like an older hotel. I loved that there are 3 beds in the room. The room was huge which is great for a family of 5. The customer service was great though. I did have a couple of issues. #1 was the tv wasnt working at first and the second was the room was so hot when we checked in. (I have a hard time controlling my body temperature due to a concussion, so I get overheated easily) We tried to get it to cool down but that wasn’t working so I went downstairs to inform them of the issues. I asked if they had another room (the only other room with three beds was already occupied) or a fan I could borrow. Within 10 minutes a fan was delivered which made a huge difference. The tv issue was remedied as well. Thank you so much for making sure we were taken care of. "
