"We stayed at the property because of the positive reviews but now I’m thinking they might be fake. I wanted to celebrate in Austin with my wife and have a nice dinner downtown, as she was getting ready she found out the shower didn’t have hot water. I went to the reception desk to see what the problem was the response was that I was out of luck, that the entire second floor shares the same water heater and that probably everyone was taking a shower at the same time (this was at 10pm so I found that answer hard to believe) I asked if there was a way to solve this issue, and the response was that I was in room 205 and that the water also had to travel a long way so there was nothing that can be done. I find it hard to believe that for a hotel that claims to be a small Luxury hotel couldn’t even provide hot water to take a shower, stay somewhere else, you have been warned!"

"Its not so much the hotel. We booked the embassy suites and when we fot there, we're told they overbooked and we did t have rooms! Shunted to Hilton, in a less than desirable neighborhood. Hilton was ok, but no where near we booked. 30 minaway."

"Great hotel in a great location. From start to finish an excellent stay and we highly recommend the Frame SoCo. Lots of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. The room was quiet, comfortable, well stocked and had all the amenities we needed. Check in and out is a breeze and communication is excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My wife and I spent 4 nights here for a wedding in town. "
