We especially loved the book provided, with tips for sightseeing and places to eat in the neighborhood! The amenities were a huge plus as well, having access to a full kitchen and a washer dryer combo really made the place feel like a home for the time of our visit in Chicago. "Hello Mr. Humphery: I wanted to write that my sis and I were on a "staycation" at The Hyatt House Chicago West Loop and we were more than please with not only our room's cleanliness, but the overall appearance of the property's cleanliness. In addition, the staff were gracious, courteous, and respectful. Cordell, our room attendant was very courteous this morning on our departure. The attendant at the delicious breakfast buffet was gracious as well, as I wanted to bring my breakfast up to my room. I even witnessed him promptly picking up a napkin that fell on the floor. We will surely stay here again, as we were very pleased with the excellent customer serve we received herr at the Hyatt House Chicago West Loop."
