"I made last minute reservations with the expedia.ca app. I traveled my train to Vienna from Budapest. And when I arrived to the hotel i asked the receptionist if there was availability at the spa. Luckily, i was able to get a massage by Martin. 10:10!! And in the morning I walked right across the street the Vienna Airport. Smooth experience!!!"

"Breakfast was superb. The staff are very friendly and approachable. I lost my key card and they replace it straight away. My children love the hotel to the point that they do not want to go out for sightseeing and tour. There were days that we needed to go out early because we book to go to Hungary and Slovakia and they let us pack our breakfast to go as early as 6:15 am. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This was one of the best stays I have ever had. Easy check in with helpful staff on hand. Excellent room, available a little early. The two guys working the roof top bar were excellent and took a real interest in providing great service and drink suggestions. Thank you so much I will definitely be back!"

"The air conditioning was great and you can control it in your room. No fridge but we knew that ahead of time from the description. Europe hotels don't offer ice but you can ask for a cup of ice at the front counter. Great location just a short walk to the train station. Grocery stores not far away. If you travel on Sunday, not many restaurants and stores open on Sunday."

"Everything was beyond expectations it is a place for everyone, solo travellers of all ages, groups and families. It caters for everyone. The staff were always friendly probably among the best hotel staff I have encountered so fair play to you all because you made it as much the experience. Out of the city centre bit this is perfect it's in a safe and quiet area"
