"Hotel is centrally located right across the Abastos shopping center. Metro station very close. Restaurants available close by. Room was big and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only concern were the elevators as there was one of out of service some of the time. (there are three). Looking forward to a future visit. "

"The furniture are to large it is impossible to walk around the bed, I abandone the Hotel after the first night because of the laxy attention and maintenace "

"It’s in a great stay. A lot of movement outside, but quiet inside. Staff is very helpful if you need them. The property is in decent condition. Realize it’s the downtown area. "

"Clean and has everything you need from a hotel. In room fridge and coffee/tea facilities Continental self service breakfast. Very friendly staff on hand who are happy to help in anyway they can. Sadly there is no free shuttle service to/from airport as advertised. I emailed before arriving to confirm and did not get a reply. Reasonable price from airport taxi and plenty available. Use caution in the area after dark."
