"Stayed one night—overall, the property was fine. It wasn’t luxurious, but it was clean, safe, and in a gated neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the location was close to beach access. It worked well for our family of five."

"Pros: Great location in Cancun's Hotel Zone, shopping/groceries across the street, lovely beach out back as well as 2 swimming pools. Also, the housekeeper Ledy was wonderful. Cons: We've stayed at a handful of condos in Mexico over the years, and this was our least favorite. First, the condo owner Scott was very difficult to reach in-between my initial payment and the final payment. I sent at least 4 emails over 3 weeks with zero response. "This was absolutely perfect for our group! I love the main lodge style with large kitchen and gathering room as well as the attached guest house! It was very much the quintessential "mountain lodge" with an old school feel. Lovely and relaxing!"
