"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was well maintained and modern spacious. It had all the amenities we needed. The staff was super friendly and made our stay enjoyable as well. "

"A little gem on the outskirts of Avola town centre. Buffet breakfast with homemade specialities. Direct walking distance to the beach or town square. English speaking lovely hosts who are very keen to answer any questions. There are local bus services for all connections to other areas to visit like Sirucusa , Noto etc and also a direct bus to Cantania airport which runs hourly: tickets are to be pre-booked at Via Dante 9 and the bus stop is just over the same square Piazza Triestre. "Everything was perfect for our stay. Would give the staff 5 stars for their work but truthfully the only day we interacted with them was the last day when we had to pay our tax. Great location, nice rooms. Parking was a bit tight, but it worked. Good walkable to the restaurants in the area."

"Excellent value, central location. A nice big clean room."

"Stunning surroundings, warm welcome, delicious breakfast, a unique stay "

"Camera pulita, bagno spazioso, zona tranquilla "

"Stayed for 3 nites Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach. "

"Amazing stay with Stefano and family. Great room, beautiful terrace and lovely home made breakfast. Great location to visit Siracusa and then relax."

"Perfect location --- very friendly staff --- Good breakfast --- most highly recommended"

"Very well located near beautiful historic area of Noto. Owners are very helpful and friendly. They also run an excellent restaurant nearby. This is a b and b, not a full service hotel. "
