All on one level, the home sits on the canal, steps away to the shared pool (shared only between the four units) and the spacious docks - perfect for fishing, mooring a boat and launching kayaks.

The spacious living area features cathedral ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and an open layout that flows into a modern, fully equipped kitchen. There’s a wet bar for easy entertaining and a large island with seating for ten, ideal for family meals or casual hangouts.

There are four bedrooms total, two on each side of the central living space, each pair sharing a full Jack and Jill style bathroom. A half bath is also located off the main living area. Every bedroom has its own sliding glass door that opens onto one of two large, covered porches, one facing east and the other west - so you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Stairs from the ground lead up to both porches, making access easy from ground level.
