"The room was pretty clean. The staff were “okay”. Due to the fact that our room was not ready at check in time, they should have been more accommodating/welcoming if anything. They just let us know our room wasn’t ready. And then when it was ready, I only found out by going to the counter and asking if it was ready. I would have preferred they kept me updated without me having to follow up. This seems to be a new hotel. The plastic was still on the mattress for the sofa bed. There were boxes in the lobby area and the sign naming the building was not yet put up. Over all, it’s a very nice hotel and the room was very clean."

"The gentlemen at the desk didn’t really care to be bothered with answering questions about the hotel but other than that it was a flawless and enjoyable stay. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, toiletries were pleasant to use and the breakfast was good. 10/10 recommend"
