"First room we checked into was not clean. Bed was made but crumbs on floor and bed, dirty pillowcase. After reporting we were immediately switched to a different room which was clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows are flat. Pool was a great temperature and location is great. "

The coffee bar door swung shut when you opened it on its own i figured this out the hard way when it hit my elbow. My second night the air conditioning broke. It was not fixed until the next day which left me sleeping in 78F. Very poor nights sleep and when maintenance came in at 5am to look at it they dislodged a bunch of dust from the air vent that blew all over my bed. "
