Welcome to The Springs, located in the exclusive gated Arrowhead neighborhood in Edwards, Colorado. Arrowhead is more than a neighborhood and ski mountain; it's a lifestyle!

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, air-conditioned dog-friendly duplex is the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and natural beauty. The home backs up to quiet open space, features a 2-car attached garage and is only minutes Country Club of the Rockies and the Alpine Club and Arrow Bahn Express Lift at the base of Arrowhead Mountain via on-demand neighborhood shuttle. One dog only, $250 fee per stay.

A Prime Location in the Arrowhead Neighborhood
The home offers a private and serene setting, yet is just minutes from world-class resorts and local recreation, shopping, entertainment, including Beaver Creek and Vail, Edwards Riverwalk and Eagle Valley Trail. Skiers and snowboarders will enjoy the convenience of an on demand shuttle to Vista Bahn chairlift in Arrowhead Village slopes; those seeking adventure in the summer can explore nearby hiking, biking trails and catch and release fishing ponds.

Spacious and Elegant Living Spaces
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by an expansive open-concept design. High ceilings, large windows, and an abundance of natural light create an inviting atmosphere. The great room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of outdoor exploration, with a cozy stone fireplace, plush seating, and an inviting ambiance.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare everything from casual meals to sit down dinners, with plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. A large peninsula serves as both a functional workspace and a gathering spot, ideal for casual meals or enjoying a glass of wine while cooking. The adjacent dining area offers seating for eight.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The residence is designed to accommodate both large families and small groups in total comfort. The four bedrooms each offer a unique retreat, with plenty of space to spread out and relax.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, a private balcony with mountain views, and an expansive walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity, and heated floors. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day of skiing or hiking.

The additional bedrooms are spacious and offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. One bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, another features two twin beds with an en-suite bathroom while the fourth bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed and easy access to a shared full bathroom.

A Wealth of Amenities
The residence is equipped with an array of modern amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The home WiFi, a large flat-screen TV in the living room provides entertainment for cozy nights in, and a fully equipped laundry room adds convenience for longer stays.

Guests have access to Arrowhead’s tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, playground, community pool and hot tub, catch and release fishing ponds plus on-demand, in season shuttle service within Arrowhead and Beaver Creek. One dog allowed for an additional $250 fee per stay.

Wife and I enjoyed two summer months in this excellent home in the heart of the Vail Valley. Spacious, comfortable, and convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Excellent hiking and golf nearby. Extra bedrooms came in handy when family members visited for a few days. Highly recommend.
