Ski In/Ski Out! **High end LUXURY Penthouse** Two HUGE Master Suites!

This is an ultra-luxury, extra large TOP FLOOR PENTHOUSE with excellent views of the pool and mountains from the windows and the covered deck. Private with NO shared walls so the unit is quiet! Both bedrooms are masters with their own FULL bathrooms and each has a KING-sized bed. Its an end-unit that stands on its own with no shared walls. One of the only locations with A/C which makes it perfect in the summer. Large fireplace for the winter months.

The kitchen and living room are gorgeous and very roomy with a third, guest bathroom. The covered deck is a perfect spot to relax with a hot chocolate or a glass of wine after a long day boarding, skiing or hiking.

The kitchen is great for entertaining with stainless appliances, granite counters and great cabinets. With two king beds and high-end furniture and finishes, this is a great place for two couples, a family with adult kids or a small group of adults. This is a no smoking unit.

Beaver Creek Landing is the nicest, newest property in Beaver Creek. It has its own ski rental shop and lift ticket office. The express-quad chairlift is just outside the door, providing easy access to both Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch, as well as the Ritz Carlton. The gondola accesses the Westin, further down the mountain.

Beaver Creek Landing has a year-around, salt water pool, two jacuzzis, nice workout room, beautiful fire-pit with a view of the lift, and a first class lobby with front desk, fireplace, pool table, and games. The ski locker room is as nice as they come.

NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled and a $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed.

Though Beaver Creek Landing is nicely secluded, it provides much easier access to town than other Beaver Creek properties. There is no need to get in a car with the gondola accessing the Westin's bars and restaurants, or its short walk to Starbuck's, the Avon Bakery, or a host of restaurants.

Couples ski vacation

Perfect Stay!

My family just returned from an amazing stay at the property. Everything was just as pictured, and there was tons of space for all four of us. Location is super convenient, and the ski lockers are a huge bonus. We enjoyed cooking in the unit and taking the easy shuttle into the village. We're already planning next year's return!

Excellent Condo

Matt and Courtney’s condo is stunning and very well appointed. You feel very much at home with everything you need is readily available. Comfortable beds were very cozy and the views are amazing. We had an excellent stay and will definitely come back while visiting the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful place!

We had such a great experience in this immaculate, beautifully decorated condo. Two king size bedrooms with full bathrooms. Super comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was great... dishes, pans, seasonings with modern appliances. Quiet, safe and a great covered deck area to sit and enjoy the Colorado scenery. We loved our time here!

Ski In Ski Out Condo

Great place to stay for a family of four. Ski locker conveniently located on first floor. Once you have your gear, drop your skis just outside the door from the locker and ski to the lift (about 50 yards from lift). The owners were great, very accommodating and responsive. We will be back!

Great place and wonderful hosts

This is a beautiful place. It’s very well taken care of, beautifully furnished, peaceful and the hosts are very responsive. The balcony has seats for 4 and a great view of the mountains over the town of Avon. Everything worked great and there were no issues during our stay. The unit is located on the mountain side of the river and there is a paved path up to beaver creek resort. Its a short distance to Avon, Edwards, Walmart and the City Market. It’s a great place.

Great location! Great property!

We had a great time in this property. The location was perfect, right beside lower beaver creek lift so made for easy mornings to hit the slopes early. The property was great, perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 nine year old boys). There were a couple of very minor issues (sink drain plug and wet floor in one of the rooms) but Matt had it fixed very quickly so it was not an issue. Had everything we needed for our stay, and was easy to get to after Aprés Ski from the Ritz so made for great afternoons. Close to town and just overall fantastic location with all the amenities. Would definitely come back!

Fans of ski in/ski out comfort

We loved this place and our vacation at Beaver Creek. Our family would definitely return. The host was very helpful with logistics. The location was terrific for ski in and ski out, and the ski locker in lower level was very useful and easy to access. The place was very comfortable, both for meals and sleeping. Having a rental car was very helpful (for groceries and visiting restaurants and Vail), and the garage was great during winter snow - but the Bachelor Gulch shuttles were also easy to use and frequent.

High end condo with high end amenities

The only way this unit gets better is if it was facing the slopes instead of the valley. The unit is well appointed, the finishes and furniture of top notch, and the amenities are great. The parking garage is easily accessed, the ski lockers are large and in a beautiful room that exits out to a lift. On top of that, the owners were quick to respond and friendly.

All the Comforts of Home on the Slopes

We are a family of 4 (kids ages 7 and 9) who travelled to Beaver Creek over spring break. Matt and Courtney’s place made our ski trip effortless. The Lower Beaver Creek Lift and Gondola are immediately outside and it is an easy 20 minute ski down to Beaver Creek Village/Centennial Lift. The ski locker was spacious and well organized, and the unit was clean, filled with the creature comforts of home (shampoo, lotion, detergent, basic condiments, cooking supplies/spices) and cozy. Matt was extremely responsive to all of our questions. We recommend the unit without reservation and look forward to staying there again next year.

Perfect Summer Stay

This was our first time in the Vail Valley so when we booked this lovely condo, we had no idea how perfect it would turn out to be in terms of location, comfort, and access to all our favorite activities. The condo is perfectly situated up a hill so it feels removed from the crowds and traffic, but not all the way up to Beaver Creek Village, so we could easily get to all surrounding towns full of great restaurants and shops. Hiking trails literally start behind the building. As for the condo itself, beautiful views, nice decor, super comfortable, clean and stocked with everything you need to feel like it’s a home. Communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. If we return to the area, this condo complex in general and this unit in particular will be our first choice.

Experienced Beaver Creek Traveler

Beautiful home & perfect location. The home is gorgeous, spacious and perfectly situated in Beaver Creek. It's at the base of the mountain, so if you've ever stayed in Bachelor Gulch or Arrowhead Village, you'll appreciate not having to drive so far every time you leave for dinner or groceries, or just want to hop on the HWY and head to Vail. This location is VERY convenient - especially if you're a starbucks addict or planning a ski trip. The chairlift is right out front. You can start the day without any lines and return for lunch or breaks anytime. The accommodations are among the very best in Beaver Creek at a very fair rate. I've been visiting BC every winter and summer for 12 years and I've always gone through the same lodging service there. The accommodations are usually nice, but you never know what you're going to get. With this place, you can rest assured you'll love it. The owners are lovely people who cared deeply about our stay - they want you to enjoy yourself and come back. Great book collection, too. Highly Recommend.

Master bathroom water temperature issues

Hot water in master bath is a major issue. It took quite a long time to get hot water to either the shower or sinks and once the hot water starts flowing in the shower, it was either scalding hot or ice cold. tiny adjustment in the shower valve goes from scalding to freezing. Owners need to fix the shower as there is no way to adjust the water temperature to a comfortable temperature. We had to all take showers in the other bathroom.

Great space, Superb location for skiers

Very clean, very nicely appointed and very well equipped kitchen. Having two master suites was nice, plus another half bath, was great - no need or hassle sharing bathrooms. The building is literally steps from a ski lift. The ski locker was super convenient, and even included boot dryers - so nice! The only small issue we had were not a function of the unit itself, but more of the building design. No easy way to get from Building B (where the unit is) to the hot tub without a fair amount of traipsing outside to get to and from the hot tub - which is a thing when it's ski weather. So we ended up not being brave enough to use the hot tub. But this is a very nice unit with very nice furniture and very comfy beds. Great stay!
