Inside, the home unfolds with a sense of grandeur. Soaring ceilings, custom-commissioned furniture, and a gallery-worthy art collection create an atmosphere of refined elegance. Upon entering, the formal foyer flows into a stately dining room designed to comfortably seat 14 guests.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring professional-grade Viking appliances and a walk-in refrigerator, and a butler pantry for efficient entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sun-drenched breakfast nook that seats 8 guests. These spaces transition into the heart of the home - a breathtaking living room with a massive stone gas fireplace and a gorgeous backdrop of aspens that change with the seasons.

Paragon's seven ensuite bedrooms are thoughtfully spread throughout the home, providing ample privacy for all guests. The primary suite is a secluded sanctuary on the lower level that is set apart from the wing that houses the additional six bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, TV, sitting area, and a desk. Two sets of French doors open directly to a stone patio and down to the hot tub and firepit. The spa-like bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower and a spacious dressing room with built-in cabinets and drawers completes the primary suite.

The guest wing houses six bedrooms across two levels. There are five elegant king suites and a charming twin room, each with its own beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom.

Paragon’s lower level is the ultimate après ski hub. a dedicated playground for entertainment and socializing. Centered around a fireplace and gorgeous bar, the game room is set for a card game, or friendly pool or foosball tournament. For movie nights, the entire group can pile into the theater room.

Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the home gym, fully equipped with a Life Fitness treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical machine, weight machine, as well as dumbbells and kettlebells. And for those seeking relaxation, arrange for an in-home massage in the dedicated massage room equipped with its own massage table. There’s a full bathroom with a shower next to the gym area.

Encircled by a grove of towering aspen trees, the property’s outdoor living spaces are designed for year-round indulgence. After a day on the slopes, soak in the oversized in-ground stone hot tub or gather around the large fire pit to watch the alpenglow fade over the peaks. During summer months, this terraced area becomes a private oasis.

Off the main level, is another large stone patio. This one is covered and perfect for al fresco dining or grilling up burgers on the professional grill to watch the big game on the flat-screen TV.

For guests’ convenience, there is a dedicated ski storage room and a full laundry room with two sets of washers/dryers. The home also offers air conditioning for guests’ comfort in summer. The heated garage accommodates two vehicles, with additional space in the driveway.

SKI ACCESS
Paragon offers unrivaled convenience for skiers. Situated just below the Elkhorn lift, guests can ski in and out of the property from a private trail, when conditions permit. Note, this access is typically not available early and late season.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

SHUTTLE
During your stay in Beaver Creek, you will have access to the resort's complimentary shuttle, using the convenient Village Connect App. It operates from 7am-midnight.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
