Property was very nice. Great amenities, walking distance to everything, shuttles very easy to use. Extremely disappointed with Expedia making it look like we’d be getting a specific room and that was not the room we received. Highly recommend booking direct with this specific hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The property is conveniently located, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were nice. However our unit was outdated and the construction seems such that it is a very noisy property. We easily heard conversations of our neighbors and every creek and footstep above us was heard at all hours. If we were able to select our unit we might consider another stay otherwise definitely not for the price.
We had a two bedroom condo, which had plenty of space for our family of four. It was nice to have two bathrooms. The workout facility is great. I wish that to get to the village, you did not have to walk on icy sidewalks. Also, I had to clean part of the room once we got there. The blankets had hair on them, and the kitchen counters needed to be wiped down.
Wonderful place with excellent Amenities. Loved the hot tubs and sauna after a long day if skiing. My daughter loved the indoor pool! Great fire pit for s’mores! Easy walking distance to downtown BC, but frequent free shuttle if you don’t feel like walking!
Will be back!
The prooery and the facilities are wonderful. However one thing that was not pleasent was to pay for parking. We have stayed in similar properies in Vail and Lilns Head and parkingnis always included with the purchase of the room.
Not enough parking still had to pay $40 a night for parking, billiards out of order, construction on site, not enough choices for food in the hotel, no convenience store for misc things
The property was excellent. EXPEDIA IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH. The Charter informed us our final invoice would b sent from Expedia . We have not received a checkout invoice.
We have been placed in the lowest level - T after paying premium for the room. The room was ugly, the beds were comfortable, and our room had old furniture. The room was near the hotel laundry with a lot of noise. The hallway was not clean and had crumbles of food at our door. It was like we were living in a filthy cave. At the price that we paid of almost $1000 per night, this was the worst experience we had with a hotel in Beaver Creek. For the same price book Pines Hotel. Never again here.

I was staying with my wife and daughter, along with another couple and their three kids (8 total). This is something I had notified in advance. Our room had a fifty gallon water heater; ie. as soon as three people took a shower, the remaining 5 would take freezing cold showers. This is simply unacceptable. During her first shower, my daughter (11 years old) came out crying since the hot water ran out and she was stuck with cold water. From there on, we had to coordinate everything around when people could shower. Not an ideal winter vacation.
Potential guests should know that our room had no air conditioning even though it was August and the manager said that 90% of the condominiums at the hotel as well as she claimed in the entire Beavercreek, do not have air-conditioning. This requires the door to be open and in the master bedroom means that there is not a barrier to the natural sunlight that comes in the morning or to hearing people speaking outside and when I was there, there was construction that could be heard across the street, and if I left my door open it either wasn’t open enough and I woke up shortly after a very hot, or it was generally where it got too cold in the middle of the night and I woke up freezing, and maybe only one or two nights I slept comfortably. People were complaining about this in the lobby as well. The rooms were stunning and views even more stunning and the staff could not have been friendlier. The spa however, while it states that it is open from 8 AM until 6 PM, mostly just has a receptionist there answering the phone but when I try to book a massage, she told me that the masseuse leaves at 3 PM because she goes to work at other hotels. I complain to the hotel but they said they have no control Over the spa because it is its own separate entity. There is also no place to purchase lattes or cappuccinos and the usual type of things that you would expect from a hotel. It was very close to the village/town however if you are coming from Detroit, taxis are ~$550 each way, fly to Vail
