"Breakfast was good lits of options. Food was warm, nice big area with alot of room. Good flow for getting food and sitting area. Hot tub was good jets didnt work well. Only small issue we had was we had a room thay included parking i thought as that was one thing we required and we still had to pay extra parking. Nice hotel, great location, bear everything downtown ball stadium football stadium, basketball arena. Rock and roll hall of fame too."

"Location & service were great. But the rooms were not that clean (3 stars). Shower head had an issue as well, only partially working. We stayed there as the location is amazing across from the basketball arena, 2 nights max."

"We booked around midnight, showed up 10 minutes later. We were only staying the night to get rest to finish our drive. The front desk was super helpful, even put us on the quietest floor. We did not have breakfast there as it was about $15 for adults and $10 per kid and we didn't want that extra expense. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet."

"First night woke to use the restroom only to walk into a pool of water in the floor, not the best feeling in the middle of the night. Staff were accommodating and moved me to another room. Also, the place was very noisy, the sound of closing doors echoed down the hallway, not the alarm clock I was anticipating."

"The bed was comfortable. But the hotel was in disrepair and hadn't been updated. Our room wasn't cleaned during our four-night stay. We were told after three nights that the room would be cleaned, but it never was. They also didn't replace our towels or empty our trash."
