"This hotel had great ratings and we needed a place to rest for the evening. Overall cleanliness was good. Bed & towels were all handled with care and made up nicely. Breakfast was good with a variety of options. I was worried after seeing a review on Google about the area (because we are unfamiliar) but we had a nice stay and were thankful for a clean place to rest and have a quick bite in the morning. Staff was also friendly which was nice as well. Seemed like a convenient location to get to many places. I’d say pictures online are accurate overall. "

"From the moment we walked in our first evening till check out the staff were amazing. He had a lite supper and a couple drinks in the restaurant prices and portions were decent. Breakfast both mornings was hot, well stocked and had a great selection. Bed was comfortable even had 2 types of pillows soft and firm. We go to Louisville a few times a year for over night trips we will be back here for sure! "

"Check in was great and the night clerk was awesome. Later after midnight, the new ckerk lacked any customer service skills and was annoyed we were up purchasing snacks. The worst clerk was during breakfast. As I sat and people watched, I overheard 2 different phone calls come there where it was mentioned that yes they could have a late check out, until noon. As she finished the last call, I approached and asked for the same, I was immediately told no. She stated that her manager said that there weren’t any allowed. I said I just heard you agree to two not 5 minutes ago. She walked away from the counter. I am a diamond member and called Hilton hotels who made it right. I will decline on here to say what I actually think the real reason is but I wont frequent this place again. The parking is also at a minimum. "

"This was a nice place to stay. Very spacious, neat decor, snd secure rooms. Staff very nice and helpful. Down side were the lack of good food options. Food was not good, especially breakfast (which was not included with the cost of stay. Price for stay on a Friday was high."

"The toilet did not flush without me remove the top tank and pouring water in it. The bed comforters had paint in them. The floor had a tile lifting. The room was overall pretty nasty in need a major updates and cleaning. Staff super friendly and nice. "
