"Thank you for a great stay in your cottage.The property is easy to find and we found a parking space each day along School Road.The cottage is cosy and has everything you need (inc. extras).Great spot for exploring the forest and Cindeford!Would recommend and stay again (if/when in the area)!"

"A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay"

"What a wonderful place to stay, we loved that pool house, the space inside and out, the views, the decor and the owner and the lady that take care of it were lovely. "Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size."
