"A unique and comfortable hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and while the room is smallish, it was thoughtfully detailed and the bed was comfortable. The keyless entry went smoothly, and there were staff available for in-person questions; it would be helpful for hotel information to clarify that a traditional in-person check in is also an option for incoming guests during regular hours. The amenities (street level cafe, upper pool deck and bar) are good to have, but their hours are limited and selection narrow, so practical food options are restricted to nearby restaurants outside the hotel. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely return."

"Very nice hotel on a good location with everything just 5 mins away. Big shopping plaza just right at the back of the hotel. Staff was very nice and I was really surprised by the hotel- it was soo neat and clean and rooms are really spacious. Rooms looks like the new rooms - they are very huge with a mirror on the side and bathroom is also very huge. Its very rare to find these kind of hotel with free parking and staff was very friendly and kind. It was my first time in LA and our plan was for Universal studios. Every hotel is charging for parking except this one. They have a really cute cafe insode where you can buy anything in the breakfast and have something in the day too. Now this hotel will be my go to hotel everytime when I come to LA. Do not think - Just book it. Very reasonable price on a very best location."
