The room had a large screen TV, and the air-conditioner put out cold air. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There were also a number of expensive cars in the parking area. My only criticism about my stay is that we had to pay for parking. I believe that parking should be free & standard with any stay at a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are huge, clean, and updated. The laundromat in the building was useful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and they have Starbucks coffee!
Also, we had a problem with something happening to on of the two suites we had and they absolutely made it right immediately. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend this hotel. Traveling from NJ with 5 kids (3 toddlers and 2 teens)

The staff was great and the shuttle service excellent! You do need to schedule it in advance but we had to make several changes on pick up times and they were able to accommodate us for all of them. The one thing I did not like is that the pool and fitness room is located across the street at one of their other properties.
