"The hotel was fantastic! Loved that you didn’t have to leave the site to enjoy a bit of everything! The check in staff was great. However the bar staff, SO SO RUDE. We walked up to the bar as we had a credit, and it was during happy hour. She took our order and never once checked in on us again, she had her back to us and all other parties the entire time. She literally took the man next to us’ orders with her back facing him, he was even confused. She acted as if every guest was bothering her. We ended up just getting up and going after our meal since it was so unpleasant and we had given them the room number to charge. Before we left something told me to take a picture of the menu and lo’ and behold when we checked the charges we realized we had been overcharged and not happy hour prices. We went downstairs to speak to them and she acted as if she had no idea what had happened. She then agreed she took our order, yet then claimed to go to lunch and didn’t help or was around, yet then claimed she was the only one working when we told her she was in fact there and being rude to all the guests. So which was it?She then claimed that the drinks we ordered were not on the happy hour list, manager then said otherwise. We ultimately got things resolved but it honestly just felt like she was trying to inflate the bill for the service charge. Again, hotel was great but just that interaction at the bar gave a huge YUCK! And would look into staying next door AC Hotel"
